RETURNS

1. If you require a return, refund, or warranty claim, please write us here: support@petsagram.us
2. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.
4. Returns will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging. Returns will not be granted on used merchandise.
5. If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a return is approved, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns and refunds will not be granted for items due to the following reasons:
- Wrong address provided by the customer (Please double check the spelling of the shipping address);
- Wrong size (Please use our measurement tables in order to choose the right size);
- Wrong design/color (Please double check at check-out if this is the item you desire).


We understand that mistakes happen, so we do accept corrections before the item is sent to the postal office, therefore only during processing time (up to 12 hours after placing the order).

Once the item is shipped, no corrections in shipping address, color or size are possible.
